I understand that the mole yams we had at the BBQ were quite popular.
For those of you who have requested the recipe and those of you who
missed them I have attached the secret to this somewhat unique
preparation. If you try them yourself please let me know how they turn out.

BBQ #4 is probably in mid to late August because the end of July and
beginning of August are scheduled to be CrAzY.
